How to Disable AI Responses in Chat Aid?

You can only disable AI responses after activating the Wiki feature.** It's not possible to disable both AI and Wiki simultaneously.** When AI gets disabled, Chat Aid will exclusively search your company's wiki and provide responses from the added Wiki sources.

Here are the steps to disable the AI responses in Chat Aid:

• Open the Chat Aid dashboard in Slack.
• Click on Open Dashboard.

• Navigate to the Search capabilities under the settings page.

• Disable the AI by turning off the toggle.

• Confirm to Disable the AI.

You have successfully disabled the AI responses for your workspace.
